[Geant4] Geant4 9.6.p3 available on TRCOMP01

Geant4 9.6.p3, with Open Inventor and GDML support,
is now available on TRCOMP01 in /compserv/geant4/9.6.p3/

The necessary environment settings to build an application
and run it are in /compserv/geant4/9.6.p3/G4SETUP
which should be sourced from your working directory.

I will also be making 10.0 available but it currently
has some problems and I am waiting for the next patch
to be released.
