Dear Colleagues,

We are happy to announce that the Third Geant4 International User Conference at the Physics-Medicine-Biology frontier will take place in Bordeaux, France, on October 29-31st,
2018.

This conference will gather during three days developers and users of the Geant4 Monte Carlo general purpose simulation toolkit and Geant4-based tools, such as TOPAS, GATE,
etc. It will focus on biological, clinical and other medical applications, including imaging, radiotherapy treatments such as conventional x-ray radiotherapy, brachytherapy,
targeted radioimmunotherapy, proton therapy, hadron therapy, radiobiology (including Geant4-DNA), radiation protection, detector development and computing.

Conference attendees will have the possibility to present their work orally during plenary sessions exclusively (no poster sessions). They will also have the opportunity to
submit a full peer-reviewed regular paper for publication in a focus issue of the European Journal of Medical Physics - Physica Medica (http://www.physicamedica.com).
