Dear Colleagues,

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are postponing the Geant4 tutorial course at Jefferson 
Lab (Newport News, VA, USA) originally scheduled for July 20th through 24th, 2026. The new dates are 
*December 7th through 11th, 2026*.


We plan to open registration in early August and will send an additional announcement through this 
mailing list. The registration form and further details will also be available on the event page of 
the Geant4 collaboration web site.

The tutorial will begin on the afternoon of *Monday, December 7th*, and run through the morning of 
*Friday, December 11th*. Additional discussion sessions on selected topics may be arranged in the 
afternoon of Friday, December 11th, based on demand.

Capacity is limited to 50 participants on a first-come-first-served basis. This is an in-person-only 
tutorial course, remote participation is not offered.
