Canadian Association of Physicists (CAP). First and foremost, I wanted<br>
to thank you for your involvement in making this conference possible.<br>
Since Theory Canada 17 welcomes contributions from all theoretical<br>
physicists, including women, LGBTQ+ individuals, Indigenous peoples,<br>
visible minorities, and people with disabilities, I also turn to you<br>
with this open call and invitation to all interested students of physics<br>
