We will be having a workshop at TRIUMF on the MIDAS DAQ system on the <br>
mornings of Sept 22/23. The workshop is mostly aimed at people who are <br>
writing MIDAS readout programs or MIDAS analysis programs. It may also <br>
be of some interest to people who just use MIDAS a lot, but it is not <br>
meant as an introduction to MIDAS and will presume that audience is <br>
familiar with most of the MIDAS features. [1]<br>

If there are postdocs or students in your group who would find this <br>
workshop useful, could you please forward this message to them? <br>
Permanent scientists and staff are, of course, also welcome to attend. <br>
Most people will attend on zoom, but the DAQ group and others will <br>
attending in person in the conference room or boardroom.<br>
