[Mathematica] mathematica registration

So far I've received mathematica registration requests from a grand 
total three people.  The plan is to send these to UBC Math next Monday 
(June 8).

If you have any colleagues or students who use Mathematica could you 
please remind them to register their PCs as per the instructions in the 
announcement which is still available from the TRIUMF home page.

Requests that come in after June 8 will not be registered immediately. 
UBC Math will not be registering PCs one by one but will do it in blocks 
every few weeks or so.  Registering before June 8 will ensure that 
people don't have to wait a couple of weeks before their registration 
goes through.
