[Mathematica] Mathematica License usage

TRIUMF has ten shared licenses for Mathematica.  When someone has the 
program open, a license is reserved from the pool until that instance is 
closed.  Therefore it is important to close the program when not using it.

The current users of the licenses can be seen from the link on

     http://ccn.triumf.ca/software/science/mathematica

It shows that several people have had the program open for 6d 19h but 
the license server was restarted 16d 19h ago and they may have had the 
program open for longer.

So please check the page and if you have the program open but are not 
using it, then please close it.
