[Mathematica] Wolfram Mathematica 14.2.1 is now available for download

Dear Mathematica users,

We are pleased to announce that Wolfram Mathematica 14.2.1 is now available online for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Installation and upgrade instructions can be found at: ccn.triumf.ca/software/science/mathematica

Starting with Version 14, Wolfram introduced a unified application called the "Wolfram App", which serves as a common platform for multiple products that were previously separate — such as Mathematica, Wolfram One, and Wolfram Alpha Notebook Edition. The traditional desktop application with the familiar notebook interface — what most users think of as Mathematica — is now specifically referred to as "Wolfram Notebook". As of V14 , on Linux systems, you can launch it using the command wolframnb.

For TRIUMF-managed Windows devices, we can handle the installation of Mathematica and the removal of previous versions in the background. You can continue using your computer while this process is underway. Please submit a ticket in the General Support queue of helpdesk.triumf.ca.

**Note: We have only ten Mathematica license seats available. Please make sure to close the program when you are not using it to free up a seat for others.**
