Dear TRIUMF Users, Experimenters, and Staff,

This is a friendly reminder that the deadline to request an experiment number for *SR, *-NMR and PIF & NIF proposals is upcoming on Wednesday, June 15th, 2022 at 23:59:59 (Vancouver time).

Requests for experiment numbers received after this date will not be considered at the upcoming MMS-EEC meeting in June.

The deadline for submission of new and continuing proposals is Wednesday, June 22nd, 2022 at 23:59:59 (Vancouver time).

This email is to notify you that we are accepting proposals for *SR, *-NMR and PIF & NIF experiments at TRIUMF.

The deadline for requesting a new experiment number is
Wednesday, June 15th, 2022 at 23:59:59 (Vancouver time).

The deadline for submission of new and continuing proposals is
Wednesday, June 22nd, 2022 at 23:59:59 (Vancouver time).

The next Molecular and Materials Science Experiments Evaluation Committee (MMS-EEC) meeting will take place on Monday, July 25th and Tuesday, July 26th, 2022.

The deadline for submitting a beam request for Schedule 143 (October to December 2022) is
Wednesday, August 3rd, 2022 at 23:59:59 (Vancouver time).

The Call for Submissions for the next MMS-EEC meeting, which contains more information about the application process, is attached to this email or can be found at https://www.triumf.ca/sites/default/files/MMSEEC_CallForSubmissions_2022-07_0.pdf.
