Dear TRIUMF Users, Experimenters, and Staff,

This is a reminder that the deadline to request an experiment number to submit to the upcoming MMS-EEC is this Friday, December 1st, at 16:30 (Vancouver Time).

Requests for experiment numbers received after that time will not be processed.

The deadline to submit your proposal is next Wednesday, December 6th at 23:59 (Vancouver Time).

This email is to notify you that we are accepting proposals for •SR, •-NMR and PIF & NIF experiments at TRIUMF. The next Molecular and Materials Science Experiments Evaluation Committee (MMS-EEC) meeting will take place on Monday and Tuesday January 15th and 16th, 2024.

The deadline for requesting a new experiment number is
Friday, December 1st, 2023 at 16:30 (Vancouver time).

The deadline for submission of new and continuing proposals is
Wednesday, December 6th, 2023 at 23:59 (Vancouver time).

The Call for Submissions for the next MMS-EEC meeting, which contains more information about the application process, is attached to this email or can be found at https://www.triumf.ca/research-program/planning-experiments/experiment-approval/call-for-submissions-agendas.
