[Particle-physics-affiliated] next PP Department meeting

Dear Colleagues,

Our next meeting is nominally scheduled for Dec 13th, but since that is the day of the Physical Sciences Division retreat,
I am hoping we can have an exceptional PP Department meeting during the afternoon, 2pm on December 11th. Let me
know if there are constraints.

For the Physical Sciences Division retreat, retreat on the 13th of December, Mark Hartz has kindly agreed to give the 
Particle Physics Department Overview.

This talk will be mostly based on the IPR plenary talk that Beatrice gave + some science highlights from the parallel session.
The talk should also include upcoming CFI proposals. My understanding in our department we have HyperK, nEXO, HALO
and ATLAS Tier-1. For the CFI proposals, please send a slide to Mark to be included in the 15 min talk.

We will use the Dec 11th meeting to go through the slides. I will circulate the full agenda later this week.
