Hello,
Let me know if you have comments on the kitchen and the proposed changes (see message from Jens).
Or if you are happy with as is, that would also be good to know.
Best regards,
Oliver

Dear Colleagues,
I have asked Neil and Anne about the status of the kitchen here in MOB. This was prompted by the people moving into MOB201 and MOB299, and the corresponding higher demand. I asked them about: is it ready, can it be used, or if not, when would it be ready.
Neil answered, see below.
Can you please provide feedback: do we want to just keep the kitchen as is, and move forward?
Do we want to let them make the changes as they suggest (if we do that we would ask when this will be ready)?
What do you think?
Thanks and best regards
Jens

Hi Jens,
The Kitchen cabinets on the west wall (sink and countertop area) have no contemplated changes and can be used as is.
There was disappointment in the location of the fridge and the seating arrangement. As such several iterations have been developed and the attached shows the changes contemplated for the south wall.
1. Fridge will be moved to where the seating area is
2. New countertop on the south wall – no new lower cabinets
3. New shelf to support microwaves on south wall.
Perhaps you could review and provide comments?
Neil
