[Particle-physics-affiliated] ACOT poster session - input from Particle Physics - SciTech - SciComp

Dear Colleagues,

Here is a last call for the poster session contributions at ACOT. The idea is that the presentation can be delivered relatively short ~3-4 min and on a platfrom like gather.town. The whole lab as well as the ACOT committee will be invited and will take place on Friday April 23rd at noon – 1pm.

Please send suggestions for good speakers. Note that there will likely be some sort of prizes for best posters (still to be discussed).

We can have about 5-6 posters from Particle Physics - SciTech – SciComp.

So far we received 2 nominations for Particle Physics and 2 from SciTech.

Deadline is noon Thursday on April 1st (no joke ;).

For the next ACOT meeting April 22 – 24, we have the opportunity to have a few grad students (can also be a postdoc, but I think grad students are preferred)
to give an online poster presentation to the ACOT committee. Please send us your speaker suggestions with a proposed poster title.
