Subject: Reminder: visitor system DOWN for two weeks starting THIS Monday Sept 20
Hi Liaisons and Dept Heads,

Some of you already have heard, but just in case you missed it:
Just a quick reminder that the visitor system will go down for two weeks starting THIS Monday Sept 20.   So if you know of any visitors who intend to come in early October and haven’t registered yet, please remind them to do so ASAP.   Also, those that have recently registered should get their training done ASAP, as that system is going down as well.

Our apologies for the late notice. Deactivation of the visitor system during the Workday transition was just brought to our attention this week, and we are scrambling a little bit.

If you have any questions, do let me know. I just might know the answer.
