Dear Colleagues,

Thanks for filling out the poll, we will hold the Welcome Party on September 8th.

A few concerns were raised about indoor spaces, so we will move the event to Jericho Beach
and make it a Pizza Party with bring your own drinks! This will likely also allow for a broader participation.

Dear Colleagues,

We will be hosting a “Welcome Potluck” for Chloe and Stephan who arrived from CERN last Sunday.
Some of you will have seen a previous invite which is superseded by this one and includes now two options.
Either this Thursday September 1st or next Thursday September 8th.

We will have some staples like Pizza, Rotis and drinks but please bring any potluck item you’d like to share.
