[Particle-physics-affiliated] Budget announcement

That's a pretty excellent result!

Just after that in the budget is this tidbit:

    "$45.5 million over five years, starting in 2024-25, to support the
    Arthur B.
    McDonald Canadian Astroparticle Physics Research Institute, a
    network of
    universities and institutes that coordinate astroparticle physics
    expertise."

Rumours had it that MI would get just two years of funding, so this is a 
surprise to many of us.
