The spreadsheet is updated and the proposed seating plan (with a few issues to be resolved) is at:

Please let me know if there are any problems.  Please also feel free to rearrange/share desks within groups or negotiate exchanges/sharing between groups.

We are getting extra desks for the offices in Trailer Ff so we can have two co-op students share each office.  If the desks don't arrive in time, the students may need to share the L-shaped desk at the beginning of the term.  I am also checking if any of the desks assigned to Life Sciences will be available.
