Dear All,

I apologize for the late request. Next week is the Particle Physics Department's turn for updates at the Senior Management Meeting. As you may have heard, the format of the SMM meeting slides is changing and we have been asked to highlight:

Major issues or requests (requiring action): Updates that pertain to issues or requests that can be discussed and addressed by SMM members or their teams. These should include issues that have wide-reaching implications and/or pose a significant risk to operations.

Operational updates (for awareness): Critical operational updates that SMM members or their teams need to know to do their work safely or effectively and/or brief, ‘nice-to-know-about’ victories and achievements.

We would still like to collect the slides as usual, which you can upload here:

The full information in the slides may be used in reports other than the SMM. If you upload slides, please highlight in bold the major issues or request, the operation updates and any major project milestones or physics outputs. We will condense these into the SMM slides. You can also send these by email if you prefer.

Please send updates by Monday morning. Sorry again for the late request.

Best Regards,
Mark
