Dear Colleagues,

See update and request for ACOT from Ritu below. I suggest we update the recent slides from Particle Physics. As you can see Ritu only has 15min for the entire PSD so we can hope at most for 4-5 slides and they can’t have too much text. Please also add any recent publications and as Ritu suggests, put the main speaking points into the slide notes.

Subject: ACOT Nov. - slides needed
Hi everyone,

The next ACOT meeting is scheduled for November 18-20. This will be an in-person meeting. We are told the agenda is yet to be finalized from the NRC+ACOT end. However, TRIUMF managed to get a rough plan that has starts with presentation by Nigel and Division Directors on November 18.

Will you please send me few slides on selected highlights (not each ongoing activity) from your Department by Friday (Nov.8). I will have to take information from them to prepare the PSD overview talk (~ 10 - 15 mins). Please also include some text in the slide notes below to describe the slide, what the speaking points are.

On November 19, there will likely be session(s) on selected science updates. I don't yet have information on whether these will be parallel sessions and if so, how many on what areas. We will discuss further once more information is available.
