[Particle-physics-affiliated] [Particle-physics-baes] Particle Physics risk registry + next years budget

Dear Colleagues,

Thanks to everyone who has given me feedback already on the 2 questions below.

One additional item is this years “Particle Physics Support” budget. As you might remember we have a small allocation in there of $3K/year. There is about $2.5k remaining. Does any group have a specific need for a small amount that is not covered by your grants where this could be useful for? I think we might want to have a holiday dinner again, but that usually is not more than ~$600.

Let me know.

Best, Oliver

Subject: [Particle-physics-baes] Particle Physics risk registry + next years budget
Dear Colleagues,

We have been asked to give feedback to Ritu on 2 items.

  1. Identify risks with magnitude of $100K or higher

     *   What is the risk
     * What would be the mitigation strategy

  1. Budget: Are there any new budget items for next year?

     * This is not a blue sky scenario requests, but I think we can put forward anything reasonable
     * Given this falls into the next 5YP, we can push a bit here, I feel

Please send me feedback by Thursday November 28th. If useful, happy to chat about this one on one.
Have a good weekend!

Best, Oliver
