Dear Colleagues,
We have our next meeting this Thursday in the MOB board room. Indico agenda is here.
https://indico.triumf.ca/event/743/
We will discuss updates to the LS2026 and “the reset” of the QRPP during LS2026. For the latter we are asked to rank our QRPP projects internally before a division wide ranking will be done early next week when Ritu is back. See SMM slides for more details (starting slide 6). This will serve as input to the QRPP process that follows after which will give preference to the top 3+ projects, ARIEL, IAMI and BL1A, +essential operations.

There is an [?xlsx icon] internal PSD ranking sheet<https://triumfoffice365-my.sharepoint.com/:x:/g/personal/lgorman_triumf_ca/EXPnVvSYW2xMsLg22olc_WkBR_2SScmj4u9zlQv1wMOMuA?e=crfYY3> setup here that we need to fill for Particle Physics by this Friday March 14th.
Next week is the visit of CNSC, please make sure all the training records of your teams are up to date.
Last but not least, Pietro is joining us on Thursday to discuss GRIDS.
Best wishes,
Oliver
