[Particle-physics-affiliated] HQP Desk Needs for Summer 2025

A few points:


  *
MOB 201 oversubscribed, and we are still looking for a desk for one UBC postdoc.  Please check if your group is fully using all of the desks assigned.
  *
MOB 299 is full and we only have room for one undergraduate sutdent (who will be starting as a masters student soon).  I am aware that there are graduate students who have been in MOB 299 for a long time.  If anyone has a graduate student in MOB 201 who isn't at TRIUMF often, please consider swapping with one of the graduate students who are in MOB 299 and at TRIUMF often.
  *
The undergraduate students are generally assigned to Trailer FF.  They can freely swap desks or use desks in the side offices that are unused.
