Dear Colleagues,

Thanks for filling out the survey! Looks like a majority is up for either curling and/or dinner.

  *
Currently at HillCrest we see a lane open on both Tuesday March 3rd and Wednesday March 4th, (4:30-6:30)
  *
If you can make either of those for curling, please mark it at the doodle poll at 4:30.
  *
If you can join for dinner at 6:30, mark that separately at the 6:30 slot on both days (also open for people who just want to come for dinner).

Given we might loose the curling spot, please fill this poll in the next 2 days.

Best wishes,
Oliver and Chloe

Dear Colleagues,

As discussed in our last meeting, here is a poll for a mid-winter event sometime in February or early March.

We would appreciate votes by the end of the week and plan from there.

As a reminder our next Particle Physics meeting is Feb 19th since we moved to the 3rd Thursday every month from now on.

Best, Oliver and Chloe
