The weather looks "so so" for then. Given that I know quite a few people are travelling next week but might be back the week after and so far the forecast for the week of Sept 14th looks good (as much as we can trust it at this point) we included 4 days that week. Can you please add your availability one more time for that week by tomorrow eod? If there is less people able to come for that week we go ahead with Thursday this week. ????[https://res-2.df.onecdn.static.microsoft/files/fabric-cdn-prod_20251010.003/assets/item-types/16/xlsx.svg]Particle Physics Summer Event 2026.xlsx???? Significant others and kids are very welcome, and we are planning to have some games and food and drinks. As usual, the event is open to everyone in PP, SciTech, SciComp, and Theory. We are hoping that the week before Labour Day will work for most people and that the weather will cooperate, so we have four options from Monday to Thursday, starting at 4:30 pm. Please see the poll below (sorry more polls ;) to let us know which dates work and whether we have a quorum. ?[https://res-2.df.onecdn.static.microsoft/files/fabric-cdn-prod_20251010.003/assets/item-types/16/xlsx.svg]Particle Physics Summer Event 2026.xlsx?
