<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">We will be restarting our meetings this Thursday, September 18<sup>th</sup> with a focus on preparations for the PSD retreat on October 3<sup>rd</sup>.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Have a look at this week’s agenda. We started with adding the 4 blocks for the retreat (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon).</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Ritu has advised, that the rest of the retreat will be discussion based, with at most a single slide per topic.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Please come with ideas for the last two sessions, that includes a strategic hiring discussion.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
