Hi all, you should have got this announcement as an event invite yesterday but I wanted to follow up with an email as normal so you can find the info easy. I also want to remind everyone to follow the RSVP link below - we need this to organise the food and drink orders so it is very important!!

Things to note;

  *
Drinks

o    Alcoholic drinks will be served by drink tickets only (2 tickets pp). Please do not share your tickets. (I will be giving the tickets out from my office the week of the event)
o Pop and non-alcoholic drinks will also be available.
o   Individuals should not to go behind the fence after consuming alcohol. For those coming to the mixer from behind the fence, please bring all your belongings with you.
o    Only those over the age of 19 will be permitted to receive alcoholic drink tickets for this event. The bartender is required by BC regulations to ask you for two pieces of ID in case they have any doubt as to your age. One ID must be government-issued with your date of birth stated.
o    Area included in the liquor permit includes the MOB Auditorium, the MOB Boardroom, and the corridor immediately in front of the Boardroom. Please do not take your alcoholic drinks outside of that area. Signs will be posted. No outside alcohol or other substances can be brought or consumed by participants within or outside the area under the permit, during and in the hours prior to the event.

o   In the sign up sheet please let us know what you plan to bring with you if anything.
o   If you are bringing a contribution (bought or homemade) please provide an allergens or ingredients list.
