[pioneer-cec] [Pioneer-DEI] CEC meeting

Hi All,

  I will be joining at least the beginning of this meeting as Chloe
mentioned. However I have to apologize in advance for not making the
progress I had promised. A proposal due date got pushed up to tomorrow, and
also I have had a couple of family obligations that have pleasantly but
necessarily distracted me. But I can talk about where I am planning to go
with this, starting soon, and get feedback.
