[pioneer-cec] [Pioneer-DEI] CEC meeting

Dear all, 

We’ll have our monthly meeting on Tuesday Nov 3rd.
British Columbia is not changing to winter time anymore so we’ll have 1h time difference with the US West-Coast.
From now on BC's locked to Hawaiian and Japanese time zones :)
If it works with everybody who is also not changing I propose we keep the meeting on the usual  US Pacific, EST and CET times (majority of the committee), i.e moving 1h later for everybody else.

That means 
- 11 am PST
- noon PCT
- 9 am PST
-  2pm EST
- 8 pm CET

Agenda:
-    Bruce asked us to review the Code of Conduct and suggest (or not) changes to  language that might get negative attention from governments that are forming reactionary stances relating to diversity etc. I’ve attached the Code of Conduct. Please take a look before our meeting
