[pioneer-cec] Small update

Hi everyone,

  After thinking about it a bit, I think it makes sense to also include
discussion about "service" roles in the next IB meeting. THis is because I
am remembering how challenging it is to set up IB meetings, so it's
probably most efficient to initiate all the discussions you have raised in
a single meeting rather than scheduling two separate meetings. More than
one meeting may be needed to get through these issues anyway, so I think I
should just initiatie everything all at once.
