Hi All,



We are planning to initiate an Onboarding buddies program for the new joiners (Undergraduate Co-ops / Graduates) We are creating a pool of buddies , where each co-op will be assigned a buddy , and the buddy would  help them in integrating with TRIUMF’s culture.



As a buddy, nothing specific to be done, just need to assist the newcomers in case if they have any queries. So, it won’t consume much of the time , and as we are continuing the remote work for the winter term , the program will run virtually.



It is a great opportunity to develop your mentorship skills by guiding the juniors. Please register your details in the below mentioned form.
