ACOT session with GAPS - Friday 20th 11:25 - 12:00

Hi Everyone,

With the ACOT meeting (Advisory Committee on TRIUMF) taking place this week, we as GAPS will once again have an opportunity to speak with members of the committee to voice any concerns and offer feedback (both positive and negative) on issues you feel could make your experience at TRIUMF more fulfilling.

This will take the same format as in previous years, with BAEs and other staff leaving the "room" to allow us 35 minutes privately with committee members, starting 11.25 am on Friday.

This will be part of the Nuclear Physics parallel session, so should focus on the NP experimental program, access to the lab, safety, impact on your work/studies, working from home etc. However, this is the only session GAPS will have with the committee and we want to make sure everyone has the time to be heard so will make sure to devote some of this session to wider GAPS issues.

Everyone is welcome and we encourage you to attend. The ACOT committee are always very receptive to our feedback and often follow up at subsequent meetings to see what, if any, progress has been made.

To give us an idea of on-going issues and help structure the session, we would really appreciate it (if you have any feedback or comments) if you could respond to this email with any comments. We will present as many issues as we can during this session.
