this Wednesday, February 3rd, 03:30pm, the TRIUMF Data Science group will gather in [1] to discuss the exciting roadmap for this term.

After some further thinking between group members with experience in quantum machine learning, we decided to set up our own curriculum instead of following a course - allowing for more flexibility in topic choice and keeping meetings thrilling and hands-on oriented.

Please watch this 25min presentation [2] by Maria Schuld in advance to the session, as a lightweight introduction to quantum machine learning and note down any question you have or concepts you would like to explore.

Related, please also have a quick glance at qHack2021 [3]. This is a unique opportunity to partake in a quantum ML hackathon. We already registered a group and could, depending on interest, add more.
