Volunteers needed for Science Week!

Hi everyone,

As you’ve likely heard, TRIUMF Science Week is coming up in a few weeks! Again, Science Week will be held virtually, and just as with last year, the organizing committee is asking for volunteers to help with tech support during the week.

We are being asked to supply one person as tech support per session for the duration of Science Week. Your responsibilities include items such as attending the session, muting participants, and being ready to share the presenter’s slides in case of problems. Full details can be found in the attached document.

As a thank-you for helping out, some of the organizing committee will host a dinner for all the volunteers Friday afternoon/evening once Science Week is all wrapped-up. More details to come closer to the time.
