Hi GAPS Community!

It was great to see everyone at our Summer BBQ on such a gorgeous day, we hope you all had fun!

Have you ever wanted to help shape our community? Have you ever had an idea for an awesome event that GAPS could host? Then you should join the GAPS Organising Committee! The GAPS committee is an ~10-member volunteer committee that advocates for GAPS members and organises social/professional development events. Any grad student or postdoc can join at any time with as little or as much commitment as you desire! So if you'd like to join us, then reply at gaps at triumf.ca and we can let you know the details.

In addition, the GAPS committee will be holding elections on August 19th, so a potential reshuffle of the committee is a perfect time to get involved!
