[REMINDER] PSD Holiday Hoorah December 9th

Hello, PSD member!

Friendly reminder of our Holiday Hoorah starting tomorrow at 2:30pm!

If you are contributing to the Potluck Snack Bar, please arrive around 2:15pm to set up your dish on the food tables! We also ask that you please include a serving utensil and a small card with the ingredients of your dish – food allergies and dietary restrictions are very real and we want to make sure everyone can make an informed decision!

In the spirit of reducing waste:

  *   BYO Mug or cup for the coffee bar
  *   BYO containers for any leftovers!

You will be required to sign in upon arrival. Members of the mixer committee will be available near the doors of the Auditorium to sign you in and get you your drink tickets (max. 2 per person).

Hello, PSD Member!

The Holiday Hoorah is among us! This year we are pleased to present an Arcade theme – we’ll have games, music, drinks, pizza, a Snack Bar, MarioKart and fun hangs! The attached 3-pager has all the information you need!

You may recall from our past Holiday Hoorahs that food has been in the form of potluck. In keeping with tradition, we encourage you to contribute your favourite snack to our Snack Bar! Homemade or store-bought, we’re looking for delicious finger foods in addition to pizza and drinks – think appies, chips, crackers, charcuterie, dessert squares, fruit, chocolates, etc.

To help the committee with ordering food and supplies, kindly RSVP by next Friday, December 2nd and let us know if you will bring your favourite snack!
