Subject: GAPS Participation in New BAE Hiring

Dear GAPS Community,

GAPS has been invited to participate in the selection of two new BAE hires! We're really excited to have the opportunity to interview the candidates and share our feedback, and we'd like you to be on our committee! The new BAEs will join the ALPHA group and the Hyper-Kamiokande group. GAPS will be forming two committees (one for each BAE) to interview a short-list of 5 candidates. As a committee member, you'll work with other GAPS members to come up with a set list of questions (for consistency), interview each candidate, and then formalize the committee's recommendation.

This will be a great opportunity to get some insight into academic/professional hiring practices, and get a new perspective on applications! And of course, a chance to get your say about who will be joining TRIUMF's community.
