We are set up and ready for a beach hangout! We are just southeast of the Locarno Beach Trimble street parking lot. Approximate coordinates  (49.2748572, -123.2050965). A photo of the location on Google maps is also attached. Hope to see everyone soon!

Hi everyone!

Please, fill out this form<https://forms.office.com/r/uhcY0xnmGa> by tomorrow Friday at noon, if you want to come along to the BBQ on Saturday. We would love to account for all of you and have enough burgers, veggies and refreshments!

We would also like to remind you all that if you would like to contribute with a few bucks to cover the expenses, you can give it to us either at the BBQ on Saturday, or pass by Chris' or Jenn's cubicles in ISAC-II or by Felix's office in the MOB room 201.

Hey Gaps community,

The GAPS annual Summer Beach BBQ is almost here!

What:  BBQ at the beach! (menu to be determined based on fire restrictions).
When: Saturday 8th of July at noon.
Where: Locarno Beach. A detailed location will be provided on Saturday.
Cost: FREE! - But any donations to help us pay the cost of food is welcome.
How to participate: complete this form<https://forms.office.com/r/uhcY0xnmGa> with your name and dietary preferences by Thursday evening.

We're happy to accept any kind of donations you feel like contributing to help supplement the cost of food (1$, 5$, whatever you want!). These can be given to either Chris Chambers or Jenn in the ISAC-II cubicles, or Felix in MOB room 201.

GAPS will provide most of the food and hardware for cooking and eating. But if you want to share with us an amazing dessert recipe or snack, feel free to bring extra food items at your discretion.
