Science Week - Call for Volunteers

Dear Grads and Postdocs,

TRIUMF Science Week organizers have asked us to distribute the below spreadsheet in a call for volunteers to help during the event (dates are from July 28th-August 4th):

Note that volunteers will be given vouchers for the food trucks during Science Week.

The 3 main roles are:

  *   Tech support
  *   Coffee break prep
  *   Setup/take-down of items needed during the event

There will be training sessions for tasks (except setup) the week before.

If you can, please sign up to help make this event a success.
