Global Climate Strike: Friday Sept. 15th

Hello GAPS,


On September 15, people from across the Lower Mainland will be taking to the streets to call on the government of BC and Canada to take decisive action to combat the climate crisis. This is part of a global effort to protect our planet for future generations. GAPS-EDI committee will join in to fight against the struggle for climate justice and a rapid, just and equitable end to fossil fuels! Join us and come walk the strike together!

People will be meeting at TRIUMF and going to the strike together:

Meeting location: Grass Outside Reception

Meeting time: 12 pm


We will have supplies available to make posters for the march on Thursday from 12-2pm outside the main entrance of TRIUMF! Join us to make a poster and express yourself!
