Outreach and SciComm Opportunity: Saturday Morning Lecture

Are you interested in practicing your scientific communication skills? We are collecting expressions of interest in participating in an outreach presentation opportunity with TRIUMF’s Saturday Morning Lectures<https://www.triumf.ca/home/for-public/public-talks-events/saturday-morning-lectures> series!



In early October, a group of grads and postdocs will have the opportunity to each give a 10-15 minute presentation on their work to together form a Saturday Morning Lecture (~6 presenters per lecture). The audience is the general public.



The GAPS Saturday morning lecture would be delivered on two dates - once at TRIUMF and once at SFU. Depending on the number of interested participants, participants could be asked to present at one or both lectures.
