Volunteers needed for Science Week

Hi GAPS,

Science Week is one week away! There is still time to sign up for a volunteer position and many available! The local organizing committee is grateful for any help you’re able to offer. While you need to volunteer for at least three sessions to get a t-shirt if you can only take on one or two blocks that is still welcomed and appreciated. All the blocks highlighted red are looking for volunteers.

All volunteers are expected to attend a volunteer training session this Friday from noon to 2pm in the MOB Auditorium.

Hi GAPS,

Science Week is quickly approaching (July 22-26), and the local organizing committee is looking for volunteers to help with set up and tech support throughout the week. The team would really appreciate your help, and to say thank you volunteers will receive a free TRIUMF t-shirt if you volunteer for at least three blocks!

Please add your name to the session(s) you would like to volunteer for and your name, email, preferred contact method, and t-shirt size to the volunteer list on the second sheet of this Excel document.
