GAPS Q&A + feedback session, this Friday 12:30 - 14:00 MOB Auditorium with Lunch!

Dear Grads and Postdocs,

This Friday 12:30 in the MOB Auditorium, we invite you to an Q&A + feedback session with your representatives at TRIUMF (aka the GAPS committee) over lunch.
We will kick things off with an overview about the Grads And Postdoc Society and what we have done in the past 6 Months.
However, the main part will be a discussion with you to answer questions and collect feedback you might have.

This could be things like:

  *
What could we strive to bring up with TRIUMF management that would make your experience better?
  *
How can we help make TRIUMF a better environment to be in?
  *
What events can we hold to better build our community?
  *
And anything else you might want to discuss with your fellow grads & postdocs

We hope to create a comfortable environment, where we can have an open discussion and raise any issue or concern within our GAPS community. We plan to use slido for some instant surveys, so please bring you phone / laptop to participate.

Due to the style of the event, there is no remote connection possible, unfortunately. Sorry for the inconvenience.
