You might have seen a site-wide email on the interviews as part of the EDI assessment, pasted below. This is a unique opportunity to share your experience as students & postdocs in a confidential environment; and your experience will ultimately inform institutional decisions to make TRIUMF more safe, diverse, and inclusive! We strongly encourage you to attend the interview if you got an invitation from Dr. Eden Hennessey, the lead of this project and confidential interviewer.

Did not get an invitation? You still have a chance to have your voice heard! Eden is well aware that interviewee list based on limited data from HR cannot cover the whole diverse demographics of TRIUMF, especially students & postdocs. So! Eden invites YOU to self-select!
