Science Communication Workshop

Hi GAPSers,

On Monday, September 16 at 3:00pm in the MOB Auditorium we are excited to host a scientific communication workshop. This 1.5 hour interactive event will be focused on delivering presentations to non-science audiences, although since it will cover topics such as developing an effective narrative, building meaningful and equitable images, and non-content presentation skills we are sure it will help you polish any presentation!

Our speaker will be Emma Davy, a science education specialist and chemist from UBC.

Light refreshments will be provided.
