Hi GAPS-ers,

Looking to stay active and enjoy the sunshine this summer? Join us on Saturday, June 14th for the first edition in our summer hike series with the iconic Grouse Grind!

Not looking for too much of a workout? No problem! You have the option to go straight up the mountain on the Grouse Grind Trail (~1-2h), or the take the more relaxed switchbacks on the BCMC Trail (~3-4h).

The trailhead is located at 6400 Nancy Greene Way, North Vancouver, BC V7R 4W1, and is accessible by public transit or car. The aim is to meet at the trailhead at 10am so that everyone will ideally have made it to the top of the mountain for the 1pm lumberjack show!! To descend the mountain, you can either go back down the BCMC trail or take the gondola. Please note that a ticket is now required to take the gondola down from the mountain, which will not be covered by GAPS if you choose to download rather than hike down.
