took part in the pilot program last year, you are still eligible to apply again, we just ask you to please list who your mentor was last year in the “any additional comments” box and we will make sure you are paired with someone new. Grad students and postdocs
who have been at TRIUMF for at least a year are also encouraged to apply to be Peer Mentors. It is possible to be both a Peer Mentor and an Academic Mentee.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">We are excited to announce the launch of the <b>Early Career Researchers (ECR) Mentorship Program</b> at TRIUMF! The goal of this 8-month program is to support and enhance personal and professional
development for TRIUMF’s undergraduate and graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows. In addition, this program aims to give participants a safe space for constructive, unbiased discussions around career growth, institutional and STEM ecosystem knowledge
sharing, and more. This is done by creating one-to-one matches of mentee applicants and mentor applicants, prioritizing matches outside of one’s usual work at TRIUMF. <b>The</b> <b>application deadline for both mentors and mentees is October 3</b>.</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
