[TARA-Members] TARA Summer Barbecue Update

Dear TARA member,

You are by now aware that TRIUMF and TARA will be hosting a TARA summer 
get-together. The event will take place at the TRIUMF site on *Friday, 
August 6th at 4:00 p.m*., all TARA members and their partners and TRIUMF 
staff and their partners are invited.

*We would also like to invite TARA members and their partners and TRIUMF 
staff and their partners, to just drop in for some socializing without 
purchasing the barbecue.* Coffee, tea and soft drinks will be provided 
at no cost.

The TARA membership now stands at more than 90 members, so we are 
expecting a good turn out with members and their partners. TRIUMF will 
also be hosting guided tours of the facility for those of you that would 
like to see what has been happening at TRIUMF since you left.

Our main point of contact for members is the TARA web site at 
triumf.ca/alumni The web site contains information about past and future 
events, volunteer opportunities, UBC and TRIUMF benefits for TARA 
members, committee contact information, and an abridged membership 
contact database.

We look forward to seeing you at our summer reunion, please drop by and 
say hello.
