[Triumf-linux-managers] Available - SL5 xemacs packages

For reasons unknown, SL5 and EPEL are missing xemacs.

Being too lazy to rebuild binary rpms, I collected the
necessary packages from Fedora 8 and wrote a simple
installer script:

cd /triumfcs/trshare/olchansk/linux/xemacs/SL5
./RUNME.sh (look inside the script before running it)

Tested on 32-bit and 64-bit SL5.0.
