[Triumf-linux-managers] Recent yum update errors

Almost all my SL4 Linux machines report yum errors about missing
dependancies for "lvm2", "pexpect" and others.

Almost all my SL5 Linux machines report yum errors about missing
dependancy for "gnome-python2-gtkmozembed".

I do not see any complaints about this on the SL mailing lists,
and I did not have the opportunity to check if this is a problem
with the main SL repository or with the local SL mirror.

The SL4 problem appears to be related to an update of LVM/GFS
clustering features. This fix works for me:

% yum erase fence lvm2-cluster

The SL5 problem appears to be related to the update of firefox
from version 2 to version 3 and this command seems to clear
the error:

% yum erase gnome-python2-gtkmozembed
