[Triumf-linux-managers] TRIUMF kickstarts

The recent addition of a new signing-key to ScientificLinux has caused a 
problem for the TRIUMF kickstarts.  This has been fixed in a new 
version. If you have any copies of TRIUMF kickstart CDs then you can 
still use them in rescue mode but new installations will require the new 
CD.  So either discard the CD or mark it "for rescue only".
